Pacific Western Bank is implementing an enhanced security feature for online banking called Multifactor Authentication (MFA). This feature will require you to register the computer that you use to access VIPbanker™.
Once MFA is activated for your account, you will be automatically prompted to register your computer by delivery of a Secure Access Code through telephone or email. NOTE: If you are a commercial online banking customer using the wire transfer and/or ACH modules, you will be required to obtain your Secure Access Code by telephone or text; delivery of Secure Access Codes via email will no longer be available. When registration is complete, a "cookie" will be placed on your computer to insure your computer is secure and will be recognized for future VIPbanker™ logins.
If you clear or delete your cookies, you will have to re-register your computer the next time you login to VIPbanker™.
