b) COPIES OF 12 MONTHS OF YOUR BANK STATEMENTS (ALL CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS);
c) COPIES OF YOUR LAST SIX MONTHS PAY STUBS; (if currently employed)
d) COPIES OF LAST THREE YEARS TAX RETURNS (FEDERAL AND STATE) FOR ALL BORROWERS, GUARANTORS AND BUSINESSES, AS WELL AS INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS; AND
e) A HARDSHIP LETTER, WHICH REFERENCES THE SUBJECT LOAN NUMBER AND EXPLAINS THE REASONS OR EVENTS WHICH CAUSED YOU TO GET BEHIND IN YOUR PAYMENTS; AND
f) COPIES OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT, ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS, ESTIMATED CLOSING STATEMENT AND BUYER'S LOAN COMMITMENT.
